TERMS

These are the general terms and conditions for Babsee. These conditions apply to all orders that you place with Babsee through its web store (www.babsee.com) or otherwise outside of a physical retail space. By placing an order, you agree to the applicability of these Terms to the agreement between you and Babsee.

These conditions describe the rights and obligations of the parties that apply to your order of products via the Babsee web store. It is therefore important that you take the time to read these conditions carefully. Babsee recommends that these conditions be saved on your computer and / or printed for your records.

Article 1. | General

1.1 The general terms and conditions of Babsee apply to all offers, products, orders, agreements and deliveries of Babsee. By ordering an item you agree to these terms, so please read them carefully before placing an order. If you have any questions about these terms, please contact Babsee at hello@babsee.com

Article 2. | Agreement and order

2.1 The agreement becomes binding when you place your order. Babsee will process your order after you have paid. Until then, Babsee remains the full owner of the products.

2.2 Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation that your payment has been accepted and an email detailing your order. 2.3 All images and specifications are indicative. If a product does not meet your expectations, you can return it (see clause 6), but this cannot be a reason to make a claim.

Clause 3. | Payment and payment methods

3.1 At Babsee you can choose from safe payment methods: Ideal, Paypal, Credit card, Klarna, Sofort and bancontact.

3.2 If Babsee accidentally posts an incorrect price on the website - and it is clear that it is a mistake - we have the right to adjust. Even if you have already ordered the item.

3.3 All product prices on Babsee include VAT but exclude shipping costs.

3.4 All your credit card details such as credit card number, expiration date, etc. are automatically transferred to the paymaster via an encrypted secure system without Babsee or others having access to the data. Even for possible refunds, the full credit card information is not visible. If you pay with Visa or Mastercard, extra protection is provided by special verification methods (Verified by Visa or Mastercard Secure Code).

Clause 4. | Delivery

4.1 Babsee has two delivery methods:

Send less than 5 products, go through the mailbox with PostNL and a tracking code

Send more than 4 products with a package with PostNL and a tracking code

4.2 If you have entered an incorrect delivery address by mistake, and there are additional costs, Babsee will charge these extra costs to you.

4.3 Babsee will send the order as soon as possible after payment of the agreement. Babsee always strives to receive your order the next working day. If for any reason this is not possible (because an item is temporarily out of stock or postal services are on strike) you will be notified.

4.4 Until delivery, Babsee is responsible for the order. Responsibility is transferred to you after delivery.

4.5 Please note that the delivery times are estimated in article 5. If a product does not arrive within the estimated arrival date, it is not possible to make a claim. However, Babsee will always do everything possible to ensure that your order arrives on time.

Article 5. | Approval period

5.1 Babsee strives to ensure that all customers are satisfied with their purchase. However, we recommend that you check the quality and quantity within fourteen working days. If something is not right, send an email to hello@babsee.com.

Article 6. | Returns and exchanges

6.1 We naturally hope that you will be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you have fourteen days from the date you received your order to return the product.

6.2 The return form must always be included in the box.

6.4 The costs and responsibility of the return shipment are for your account.

6.5 If goods are used, worn, damaged or incomplete, we have the right to refuse returned items.

6.6 The refund will be made after receipt and inspection within 14 working days.

6.7 Babsee can only transfer the refund to the account where the original payment came from.

Article 7. | Guarantee

7.1 After the fourteen-day approval period (clause 5.1), Babsee provides a two-month warranty on the quality of the product

7.1 After the fourteen-day approval period (Article 5.1), Babsee gives a two-month guarantee on the quality of the product. If the product quality is not satisfactory, please send an email to hello@babsee.com. In this case we will provide you with a return label.

7.2 Babsee will offer you a suitable solution, but it is up to Babsee to decide which of the following options will be used.

If it is possible to repair the product, we will fix it
If it is not possible to repair the product, we will send you a new item
If it is not possible to repair the product and we are out of stock, we will offer you a refund.

7.3 In the event of a refund, the refund (including any shipping costs) will be made after receipt and inspection within 14 working days.

7.4 If we repair or replace the item, it may take up to 14 business days.

7.5 The warranty becomes void if the product shows a defect caused by improper use, if you or others have made or attempted changes to the product or used it in a manner for which the article is not intended.

Article 8. | royalty

8.1 All photos and pictures displayed by Babsee are protected by copyright. Photos and images cannot be reproduced and used publicly without the written permission of Babsee.

9.1 All legal relationships are exclusively governed by Dutch law.
